If your heating has failed and you've got no hot water, call us first. We'll talk you through the safe checks, then get an engineer out as fast as we can. Most heating emergencies are fixed on the first visit.

Can a plumber fix my boiler, or do I need a gas engineer?
Boiler work must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer, not a general plumber. Every EMK boiler job is Gas Safe.
How often should a boiler be serviced?
Once a year is the rule. It keeps your warranty valid, catches problems early, and keeps the boiler running efficiently and safely.
Should I repair or replace my boiler?
If the repair is more than about a third of a replacement cost, or your boiler is over 12 years old, replacement usually pays for itself in efficiency. We'll give you both prices and our honest opinion.
