The short version

When you contact EMK Heating, Cooling & Plumbing we use the details you give us (your name, phone number, postcode and the description of your job) for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and arrange the work you asked about. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not send marketing unless you ask.

The information you send through this website's enquiry form or give us by phone: name, contact details, your location, and details of the service you need. We keep job-related records only for as long as needed for warranties, guarantees and legal obligations relating to the work we carry out.

How it's used and stored

Your enquiry is processed and stored by the systems we use to run the business (hosting, message delivery, email and job management). These providers act on our instructions and hold data in accordance with UK data-protection law. We'll tell you who they are on request.

This site does not use tracking cookies. It may set a single technical cookie needed for the enquiry form to work correctly. Nothing is used to build a profile of you.
